Full moon gong meditation with Mareile Wägner and me

Last night we had a beautiful full moon gong meditation under the open sky in a lovely little farm garden in rural Wietzen.

The weather was kind to us and so this wonderful event could take place outdoors. It was a great experience to be able to play these gongs like this (this was also the opinion of the participants of the full moon meditation).

They enjoyed the sounds of
Vega
(a cosmic sounding gong) and Sadja (an earth gong), as well as Peter Hess singing bowls.

For some it was the first time – to experience such a meditation under the open sky – exposed to the elements.

Afterwards we had some nice conversations (and also already planning for another meditation under the open sky WITH LAGERFEUER!).
