We ship your order, carefully packaged, directly from our workshop in Bruchhausen-Vilsen.
Shipping within Germany
: Delivery as usual—fast and reliable, right to your door.
International Shipping
We also ship to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other countries outside the EU. For shipments to non-EU countries, import duties and taxes may apply in the destination country—these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price listed in the store.
Shipping to Other EU Countries
Due to the new EU Packaging Regulation, we are currently suspending direct shipping to other EU countries. We are working on a solution and hope to be able to ship to you there again soon.

You will be informed of the shipping costs in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
The flat-rate shipping fee is 6.90 euros per order. The flat-rate shipping fee includes statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favor.
Delivery times from Ollihess.de
Your goods will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment if you pay in advance or via PayPal.
Please remember that no deliveries are made at weekends and on public holidays.
We also deliver to abroad! Depending on the country, you can expect your goods within 3 and 30 days after shipping confirmation. As a rule, you can expect a relatively short delivery period. Please bear in mind that there is no delivery at weekends and on public holidays.
Please note that additional taxes may apply to imports to your country.
