How Returns Work

A simple message is sufficient. You can also use the sample return form; this makes it easier for us to process your return.

Please then return all of the merchandise to the address listed above. The merchandise may have been inspected and tried on, just as you would in a retail store. For signs of use beyond this, we may deduct a reasonable compensation fee.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the payment method you used when placing your order.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

The guarantor is ollihess, owned by Oliver Hess, Uenzer Dorfstraße 71, 27305 Bruchhausen-Vilsen. The guarantee applies to all orders placed via ollihess.de and begins on the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

Items that have been manufactured according to your specific requests (such as custom-made items in your chosen color) are excluded from the warranty.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected: This warranty is a voluntary benefit provided by us. Your statutory right of withdrawal (see below) and your statutory warranty rights in the event of defects exist independently of this warranty and are not limited by it. You may exercise these rights free of charge.

Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Repayments

We will refund the amount to the payment method you selected in your original order as soon as we have received and inspected your return, within the timeframes specified above. If you return only part of your order, we will refund the corresponding portion of the amount.
