Careful selection of materials ensures that the gong mallet is still light in the hand at 340 grams. The round handle made of organically waxed beech wood provides a good grip so that the chime does not put undue strain on your wrists. This means you can concentrate fully on the sounds of the gong and enjoy the meditative sound waves.
Intense and deep sounds on gongs and large singing bowls
The Gong Mallet PS-2 Basic was developed for playing the gong, but can also be used for large singing bowls . The wooden core ensures that low tones are elicited from the instrument even with light strokes. The size of the mallet, which has been specially designed to meet the requirements of gong playing, also supports you in this. The mallet has a total length of 37 cm, with 10 cm on the head and 27 cm on the handle. With a diameter of 20 mm, the handle is also haptically designed to meet the needs of longer sequences and sits comfortably in the hand.
