OlliHess, represented by Mr. Oliver Hess, Uenzer Dorfstraße 71, 27305 Bruchhausen-Vilsen (hereinafter referred to as OH), occasionally offers online competitions and prize draws. Participation in these competitions/raffles is subject to the following conditions of participation.
Organizer
The online competitions and prize draws are organized by OlliHess, represented by Mr. Oliver Hess, Uenzer Dorfstraße 71, 27305 Bruchhausen-Vilsen. If a cooperation partner of OH is a co-organizer, it will be explicitly named.
Participation requirements/raffle
Participation in the competition is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. Only participants who have provided all the required information will be considered for the prize draw. All entries will be drawn at random. Only one prize is possible per participant. Cash payment or transferability of the prize to other persons is excluded. The winners will be notified by OH. If a winner is unable to confirm their participation in the prize immediately, their claim to the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn using the same procedure.
Eligibility to participate
All persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Participation in the competition/raffle requires the participant to provide truthful personal data. Employees of OH, its affiliated companies and competition partners, including members of the aforementioned groups, are excluded from participation. OH is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of the conditions of participation, double participation, undue influence on the competition, manipulation, etc.. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.
Changes to the rules of participation and termination of the competition
OH reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time. Furthermore, OH reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the competition or prize draw at any time for good cause without prior notice. This applies in particular to reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition or prize draw from proceeding as planned. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, OH is entitled to demand compensation from this person for the damages incurred.
No involvement of Facebook/Instagram (META) in competitions and prize draws on these channels
The competition is in no way connected to Facebook / Instagram and is in no way supported, accompanied or controlled by Facebook / Instagram. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook / Instagram, but OH. Any questions, comments or complaints should therefore not be addressed to Facebook / Instagram, but to OH. Additional competition "ollihess spring give-away"
Participation from the age of 18. The closing date for entries is 24.4.25, 11.59 pm. You can win an Instagram Profi Gong Mallet S186 Special Edition in the color of your choice. To take part, follow the account @ollihess and comment under the competition post by 24.4.25, 11.59 a.m., stating which color the participant would like. There is a choice of the colors "candy", "ocean" and "galaxy". The respective winners have until 30.4.2025 to provide their name and address by contacting OH. The prize is non-transferable.
Limitations of liability
OH shall only be liable for damages caused by it, its legal representatives or vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or through the breach of material obligations in the context of the competition/raffle (so-called cardinal obligations). Essential obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to achieve the objective of the competition/raffle. In these cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. OH's liability for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health remains unaffected.
Data protection
Your personal data and other data will be collected, processed and used exclusively for the execution and processing of this competition/raffle in accordance with the statutory provisions and then deleted immediately. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
By participating in the competition/raffle, the participant consents to the processing of their data. This includes sending the prize notification to the contact details provided. Participants are free to object to the processing of their data at any time. However, participation in the competition/raffle is then no longer possible. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation.
Legal recourse is excluded for the competitions and prize draws.
