Two professional gong mallets for advanced users - more expression and sound variety in sound baths and sound therapy

Two professional gong mallets for advanced users - more expression and sound variety in sound baths and sound therapy

Are you an advanced gong player, do you lead sound baths and/or use gongs therapeutically? Then you know: In addition to your gong and your personal playing style, experience and energy, the mallet also plays a decisive role in how lively, clear and multi-layered your gong playing is.

Today we are presenting two special models from the ollihess range that are ideal for you as an advanced player: the ollihess professional gong mallet Move Line and the professional gong mallet Soft Line. We have developed both mallets for sensitive yet expressive playing and allow you to discover completely new timbres on your gong in sound baths, sound therapy or private gong playing.

Professional Gong Mallet Move Line - more flexibility, more dynamics & more overtones

With the Move Line you get enormously versatile mallets with which you can create not only medium to deep sounds in sound baths or in sound therapy, but also more clarity, presence and structure.

Thanks to the harder core and the spherical head, you can play excellently in the center of the gong and create bell-like sounds. Precise attacks at the edge are also possible with these mallets - ideal for generating more overtones and creating an invigorating, space-opening impulse.

Our tip for your gong practice

Bring a fresh breeze into the room with the Move Line - you can use it specifically to energize, structure and "air out" the sound. Use smaller sizes (e.g. Ø 40-50 mm) to create brighter and more delicate soundscapes and larger sizes (Ø 60-70 mm) for more volume and depth.
