For the ollihess Professional Gong Mallet Earthtone, we are using ash wood for the handle for the first time – a particularly light and stable wood. The dark handle undergoes a two-step process, being oiled and sealed with organic wax. Its open-pore structure makes this ash wood handle very comfortable to hold. The ergonomic shape of the handle also ensures a secure grip, even during longer sessions, and supports precise playing with high control.
