A flat gong, such as our Wega gong, stands out due to its rather flat disk and is made of a very thin material that gets thinner and thinner towards the edge. In contrast to a humpback gong, you can play a flat gong over its entire surface.

So when you choose a gong from Olli Hess, you are always choosing particularly long-lasting durability and the best materials. Each of our gongs is given an individual production number. If you wish, you can also have your gong engraved with your personal number.

We keep our promise: When manufacturing our gongs, we focus on sustainable production and fair working conditions. All our gongs are carefully handcrafted in the Oetken manufactory in Germany. In close cooperation with gong master Broder, we create an extraordinary sound. Whenever possible, we source our materials from the local region.
